Description 
This is found in snv_63 initial install regression test for sparc and x86. The following links are broken in SUNWxwrtl and SUNWxwhl after SUNWxil* EOF in snv_63:

/usr/lib/libxil.so=./libxil.so.1 s none SUNWxwrtl
/usr/lib/libxil.so.1=../openwin/lib/libxil.so.1 s none SUNWxwrtl
/usr/include/xil=../openwin/include/xil s none SUNWxwhl

	These links should be removed because they no longer exists after SUNWxil* EOF in snv_63.
