Description 
The headers needed to build a loadable DDX module for Xsun were distributed in the 
Solaris Device Developer's Kit up through Solaris 2.6.   Since then, they've not been
available other than to internal developers who bringover the Xsun gates.

They need to be made available to people outside Sun who need to build Xsun loadable
modules.
