Description 
The generic_limited_net.xml profile's list of services has
two discrepancies from the list addressed by generic_open.xml
and inetd_generic.xml: it lacks an enabling of:
	network/rpc/cde-ttdbserver
and enables a service it should not:
	network/pfil

Beyond the changes to reconcile these differences, it would
be good if the build automatcally checked for such differences.
