Description 
Occassionally due to BIOS bugs EDD information produces wrong matches i.e. either no matches or multiple matches of BIOS disk ID to Solaris disk. In such cases, biosdev should fallback to matching the first sector of the disk as that is likely to resolve the BIOS IDs correctly even if the BIOS EDD info is buggy.
