Description
A customer reported a problem where they experienced intermittent functional issues
with drop down menus on SunRay systems configured with dual/multi screens in xinerama mode.

The customer provided a basic html page with a drop down menu box and I have managed to produce the problem on a multiheaded sparc sol10 system in xinerama mode and Multiheaded xinerama mode Sunray DTUs.

When the test page is opened on the primary display (defined as the first unit in /etc/dt/config/Xservers), it is possible to select options in the drop down menu. Dragging the browser to the secondary display, however and performing the same operation resulted in strange behaviour where the drop down menu would not appear (or flash up very quickly before disappearing) and it was therefore not possible to display let alone select any options.

I could see this problem with both mozilla 1.7 (as provided with Solaris 10u2) and Firefox 2.0.

I could not replicate this behaviour using the Opera browser.
Testcase without Mozilla/Firefox is given in evaluation.
Work Around
Dragging the browser back to the primary display.

Minimising and maximising the browser window resolved the problems very occasionally
Click somewhere outside Firefox/Mozilla window to lose focus, and re-focus Firefox/Mozilla window.
The dropdown list will work fine.
Another workaround is to use doublewide feature of XVR-300 or XVR-2500 instead of xinerama.
