Description 
In vermillion b54, gpilotd applet is not localized.

To reproduce:
1. Right click on gnome-panel and choose [Add to Panel] and launch the dilag.
2. Choose Pilot applet.
3. Right click on the applet.

Then "Restart", "Restore..." are not localized.
