using trial and error, I managed to build an xorg.conf that gave me a Xinerama setup for my ATI Radeon 9200 and 2 Sun 5010 screens on my home machine running Nevada Build 42.
using the same xorg.conf file on B43, I saw two phenonema:
- physical screen size was less than virtual screen size, so I had to pan
- when mouse reached the lower edge of the visible screen, a rectangle about half a screen high and ca. 2-3 cm wide would flicker.
