Description 
When AT support is enabled, and MAG's full screen magnifier with dual/multiple heads,
the display no is hard-coded "0" as it was found in s10u3. 
There might be a problem in SunRay env if AT and full-screen mag. with dual heads
will be supported under a certain SR policy condition and It needs to backport to
S11.
