Description

SAP agent should log a line "message server started" in syslog when it starts. Also when message server fails to start, log a line in syslog stating
"Message server start failed becuase ......". The rest of the messages can still go to the sap logs.
People analyzing the message logs get to know that the status of message server along with other messages. If someone is interested in knowing more details, then can always look in to sap logs.
