The ::page_num2pp does not work in the middle of a pipeline. This can be a real pain if
you need to analyze multiple PFNs generated by an mdb pipeline and you are running
in the kernel debugger where you can't dump the PFN list out to a file, pipe it through
cut/awk and then read it back in.
