Description 
While running a updated suspend and resume prototype, memscrubber tossed an ASSERT while trying to exit and cleanup CPR callbacks via CALLB_CPR_EXIT.  This only happens on x86 running the suspend/resume prototype, as the CALLB_CPR code isn't in x86.
