Description 
xscreensaver needs to be modified in order to work properly in the Trusted Extensions environment.
The user should not be able to turn off the lock timeout and the timout must be the Trusted Extensions
lock screen timeout which is defined by the admin.  The solution would be to disable the Toggle and
then use some TSOL function calls to insure the correct timeout.
xscreensaver also needs auditing code
