Description 
Installed SNV_28, and jds3.1_29 packages.

Downloaded build 29 xserver from ftp://10.4.195.40/net/paravon.sfbay/export/x-re/pkgs/X_NV_milestone/(sparc/x86)/11.21.05

Upon upgrading the xserver on snv_28 with jds3.1_29 packages, on sparc and intel platforms,

Observation:

SUNWxwplr removal failed and got installed as SUNWxwplr.2
SUNWfontconfig-root removal failed and got installed as SUNWfontconfig-root.2
SUNWstsfr removal failed and got installed as SUNWstsfr.2

Attaching /usr/dt/Xerrors and /var/log/Xorg.0.log of one of the x86 machines.
It also happened on Dell Precision 650.

Comments 
Reproducible on S10U9_B0 build. Reopen it.
The original 'Commit To Fix In Build' is snv_34, it is cleared because of status is changed.
