Description 
When using the initial spin of XORG_NV packages for nv_28, no events are reported for mice
using the VUID mouse driver, including all USB mice and mice coalesced via the virtual mouse
device.

This is also seen on other platforms with custom mouse drivers, and is
discussed in the later comments and patches on
