Description 
Tested for s10u1_17 on generic hardware + Xsun in 
et_EE.ISO8859-15 with keyboard type 6 USB:
layout works except key with tilde and caron(key in the top left corner) and key with asterisk and apostrophe(key is placed left from enter).

Please also note that Estonian entry is missing in kdmconfig, we used overwriting a US6.kt by Estonian6.kt
