Description 
Some wrong characters found for Norwegian keyboard layout running S10u1_b14 on x86 + Xorg server + sun keyboard TYPE6USB:
Tested in no_NO.ISO8859-1@bokmal, no_NO.ISO8859-1@nynorsk locales.

1. for "AltGr"+"5" instead of TILDE "~" there is CURRENCY SIGN "¤"
2. for "AltGr"+"6" instead of CIRCUMFLEX ACCENT "^" there is YEN SIGN "¥"
3. for "AltGr"+"'" nothing is displayed, but GRAVE ACCENT "`" is expected.
