Description 
There is no keytable file for Czech so we can not use czech layout on Sparc for TYPE6 keyboards now. As we deliver Czech locales to solaris we also should deliver appropriate keytable file to enable using of Czech i18n, so Czech6.kt file is needed.
In CDE/X s11 build_38 test cycle:
