Description 
In s10u1 build 12 or nevada, the screen lock dialog has unlocalize "Password:".

To reproduce:
1. Lock the screen.
2. Show the password prompt dialog.

Then "Password:" is not localized.
When the authorization is succeeded, "Authenti..." message is also not localized.
the message files .mo has the translations.
