Description 
If I've got this right, creating a linker config file using crle, that contains an LD_LIBRARY_PATH, will cause the LD_LIBRARY_PATH in the environment not to be read, which is a change.  The customer upgraded from -13 to -18 of the 112963 (Solaris 9) linker patch and saw this change of behaviour.

Attached to this bug report are a makefile and some simple sources which demonstrate the problem.
