Description 
When logged in nl_NL.UTF-8 locale and using nl keyboard layout in xorg.conf, we were unable to find a deadkey with circumflex. Circumflex is required to input all characters in Dutch alphabet - see e.g. here: http://www.ask-group.co.uk/publish/dutchalph.htm . We need to support i18n for all the locales in Solaris.
