Description 
When switching the XkbLayout in xorg.conf to tr_s or tr_f, the layout is not corresponding to the expected layout map for those two layouts. Only tr layout is working correctly. Because the xorg is the default xserver for solaris 10 and we support i18n of all the locales included into the solaris, we need to adress this issue.
