Description 
The libcpc cpu profiling library contains two calls cpc_getcpuver and cpc_getcpuref that respectively return invalid information misrepresenting the CPU type and fail to return the CPU reference manual string for the UltraSPARC-IV+ cpu.

However becuase the incorrect return value of getcpuver is normally used as the input to getcpuref getcpuref's failure is often masked.
