Description 
The changes made to the linker to fix 6254364 should be put to good use.

-znoreloc should be added to all linker invocations when building libgenunix.so,
libplatmod.so, and libcpu.so for both SPARC and x86.

This is needed to enable building the SPARC kernel with gcc and to fix 5102797.

This change will require build machines to have a linker not older than
onnv_14 or 19 April 2005.
