Description 
When I'm testing virtualKM, I found that 
kana_I cannot be input on Xorg with Japanese type6 keyboard.
To reproduce,

1. Login with Xorg and ja_JP.UTF-8 locale with Japanese type6 keyboard.
2. Invoke terminal like dtterm or gnome-terminal
3. Push Kana lock key.
4. Input 'e' key

After that, Euro-Sign is displayed.
This problem doesnt occur if Xsun is used.
