Description 
There is something wrong with the "Emulate3Buttons" option in Xorg with a 3 buttons usb mouse.

Option      "Emulate3Buttons" "true"

Both the existing 3rd button, and the emulated 3rd button work well. But there is a strange problem with click-drag. It is impossible of clicking-drag a window, and I findd that double-clicking-drag works! but it is not convenient for use.

This problem is seen on the snv_10 and s10u1_03.
