This is only a P4 because the project doesn't claim IPv6 conformance yet,
because NL7C doesn't.
The use of sockadd_in across the board should be replaced by
sockaddr (that has explicit socket family) and the port split out.

We don't have a dependency on NL7C any more. So, raising the priority.
The ksslcfg/kssladm commands, the kssl_entry_tab table, and the bind() processing code need to be changed to handle IPv6 addresses.
