Description 
We have a better inetd(1m) that can be configured in a far more flexible manner.
Why not have inetd(1m) open up sockets with per-socket policy attached to them?

If the answer is "per-socket policy isn't good enough", then attach this RFE to any other CRs that address per-socket policy.
