Description
Using Cinnabar 26 on Linux
Using gnopernicus 0.9.17
 - Start up gnopernicus with magnifier enabled.
 - In gnopernicus, go to Preferences->Magnifier->Add/Modify
The zoomer options window will appear
 - Under the zoomer placement heading, increase the value of the
   left spinbutton to 800.

Notice that the magnified area (target) of the screen is now smaller and
hence the area that is not magnified is greater. The problem is that the
magnifier still only magnifies what it did before the placement was changed.

Example: if the screen is divided into 10 parts, parts 1-5 are the unmagnified
section and parts 6-10 are taken up by the magnified view of 1-5. Now adjust the placement so the unmagnified section is now 1-7 and the magnified view is
8-10. However, in the magnified view, the user can still only see 1-5. The missing sections (6 and 7) are (literally) a grey area in the magnified view.

The consequence of this bug is that the user cannot see certain objects that appear past the default border of the magnifier - even if this border is moved by making the magnifier smaller.

An example of this is the Display menu items found from
Launch->Preferences->Desktop Preferences.
