Description 
The string "Sign In" will be spoken as "Sign Indiana" with FreeTTS.  A related bug where the string "OK" (commonly found on buttons) was spoken as "Oklahoma" was fixed, but not completely...  Note: "sign In" will be spoken correctly (the two word pair with the first word capitalized is critical to the bug).
