Description 
Cinnabar Solaris Sparc Nightly Build from 2nd Nov 2004 on a dual monitor

-Launch gnopernicus magnifier
-Open the preferences window
-Adjust preferences so you have full-screen magnification on the 2nd monitor
-In the preferences window, click on 'Cross-hair on/off' to turn ON
-Notice this does not take effect in the magnified screen. 
Cross-hair is not visible.

Cross-hair doesn't work for single split-screen magnification either.
