Description
I had an IPv6-over-IPv6 tunnel configured on a s10_65 system, and after
approximately 1 hour, in.ndpd spewed this to the console:

in.ndpd[100126]: phyint_reach_random: SIOCSLIFLNKINFO (interface ip6.tun0): Invalid argument

This should be looked into as a potential bug, and the message should be
more informative. What should the administrator do with such a message?

Comments
This bug goes back to the original IPv6 integration (which was without a CR);
setting Introduced in Release and Introduced in Build accordingly.
