A platinum beta customer requests a simple way to migrate zones between
machines.  There is obviously more to this than just blindly copying the 
configuration data and zone root; but some solution would be really useful to
customers.  The ability to have a zone root on an NFS server (4963321) would
be an even better solution, but even then there are cases where it would be
desirable to move a zone wholesale from one machine to another.
