Description 
Cu would like to be able to change root's home directory as it appears in the /etc/passwd file to somthing other than /.  Customer has no objections to the home directory being a part of the root partition.

Example:

root:x:0:1:Super-User:/root:/sbin/sh

# df -h /root
Filesystem             size   used  avail capacity  Mounted on
/dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0      4.9G   1.4G   3.5G    28%    /
