i2o should be removed from the source base.  It just isn't useful and hasn't
been for a long time since there is no hardware out there which supports it.

I guess an ARC case and an EOL/EOF is needed.  When I was in the Solaris I/O
group, I wrote the following one-pager, which was never filed; the last I
recall, we were waiting for marketing to "look into it".  This one-pager
could be edited (i.e. remove my name), filed and might be a good starting
point.  At this late stage (2003) I don't think marketing needs any input
here; i2o is long-dead and irrelevant for the x86 marketplaces we are trying
to capture.
Someone popped up today on #opensolaris with an old card like this.
It hung their system....
