Description 
The ras2ps program was part of the OpenWindows Image Tool packages, but somehow
the man page ended up in the SUNWxwman package & X Server source tree.  Since
OW is obsolete and the image tool components have been moved to CDE, the man
page should be moved to the CDE packages & source tree as well.  (ras2ps is now
/usr/dt/bin/ras2ps in the SUNWdtdst package in Solaris 9.)
