Description
Customer was doing `rm -r` at some point he tried to stop this using ctrl-C.
The ctrl-C didn't work, customer didn't get a prompt back.
Customer could no longer do any activity on the filesystem.
The filesystem in question seems to be /MVGboa005. This filesystem is mounted
with the option onerror=umount.
Eventually the automounter hung and customer forced a crash dump.
Work Around
do not use onerror=umount/lock mount options.
